Dearest Auntie
All is well on the southern front, not a lot has been happening at my post and moral is
very low at the moment. The other soldiers have started putting on little plays in their free time.
Most of the story’s are quite interesting and a good way to pass the time. I have made many friends and
have gotten to know my captain, Bruce Stanton. He is a fine man of military intelligence and leadership,
he also figured out my identity but has sworn to keep my secret. I must be off for my friends are putting
on another play. I hope to see you soon.
